1:4 group lesson(1:5,1:6) is a class where one instructor guides a group of up to five members in one lane. The class is divided based on the members' swimming ability and age.

A makeup lesson is a class that is provided as a replacement for a cancelled lesson, given that the cancellation is made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Makeup lessons offer you the opportunity to attend the class on another day instead of missing out on the lesson. However, please note that makeup lessons are limited to a maximum of two times.

 

To schedule a makeup lesson, please contact the manager. It's important to make the cancellation at least 2 hours in advance and once a makeup date has been arranged, canceling without further notice will forfeit the opportunity for another makeup lesson.

 

All makeup lessons must be completed within the registered season and cannot be carried over to future periods.

 

In cases where attending the class is difficult due to COVID-19 or injury, it is possible to discuss arrangements upon submission of a medical certificate or doctor's opinion.

Private lessons are conducted for individual children, with each lesson lasting for 30 minutes.

 We strive to provide you with an exceptional and unforgettable experience. If you are not satisfied with your first lesson and you are a first-time customer, you have the option to request a full refund for the remaining lessons in your package. Please note that refunds can only be requested on the day of your very first lesson. After the first day of your first lesson package, no refunds will be given. It's important to note that this refund policy applies specifically to swim lesson packages.

 

In the case of cancellations, full refunds will be granted until the first lesson of the session. However, please be aware that all refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee. Following the first lesson, partial refunds will be provided, deducting the cost of the first lesson. Please note that cancellations and refunds will not be granted after the second lesson and beyond.
